1. User Responsibility & Liability
Learnhive.org is a non-profit community platform provided “AS IS.” The owners assume no responsibility for user-generated contributions. By using this site, you agree that your use is at your own risk and you waive any legal action against the operators regarding member content.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Zero Tolerance: No hate speech, profanity, or harassment based on race, gender, or religion.
- No PII/PHI: Sharing Personally Identifiable Information (SSNs, private addresses) or Protected Health Information is strictly forbidden per GLBA/HIPAA compliance.
- Civil Discourse: Disagreements must remain civil and focused on study topics.
3. Content Removal & Reporting
We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that violates these terms. To report offensive material or request a take-down, contact support@learnhive.org.
4. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old. Minors (under 18) must have parental supervision and permission to access the services.
