A raw generation is rarely the finished asset. Upscaling increases resolution, inpainting fixes one broken area, and light post-processing cleans up the final result.

Inpainting fixes the one broken region — the rest of the image is untouched
Inpainting one broken detail is almost always faster than regenerating the whole image and hoping the good parts survive.
Hands-on exercise
Take an image you generated earlier that has one specific flaw. Use inpainting to fix just that area instead of regenerating from scratch.
